In between sizes? You can't go too wrong sizing up. Because of the nature of cotton, you can always shrink it by putting it in the dryer.

Do: Machine Wash Cold and Hang Dry.

Do Not: Bleach.

Note: This top will shrink if you put it in the dryer, so hang dry and steam or iron to de-wrinkle and add back some length (good news: it de-wrinkles easily!).
