Refund policy
We are pleased to offer domestic returns for items valued at $40 or more within 30 days of receiving your item, excluding items marked as "Final Sale." For your convenience, exchanges and returns for store credit are entirely free of charge. However, for returns requesting a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Sierra Madre will purchase and provide the shipping label. Additionally, you will be subject to a $10 handling fee at the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return or exchange.
Please note that items purchased for $40 or more through The Perfect Fit builder are only eligible for exchange and not eligible for refund. Items purchased for under $40 through The Perfect Fit builder follow our standard return policy and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items ordered through Bulk Buy & Save are Final Sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We can only accept returns for items in unworn, unused condition, exactly as they were received. Any returns or items sent back in unsellable condition — including, but not limited to, washed apparel, deodorant or makeup stains, pet hair, missing tags, and odors/fragrances — will not be eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer.
To start a return or exchange, find your order number (can be found in your confirmation email or text) and visit our returns & exchanges portal.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
