A Note From Bonny & Michelle

Before we dive into policy, we simply ask that you are thoughtful with your returns & exchanges. We are a small business run by real people (Bonny & Michelle 👋) and trust us, thoughtful shopping makes life better for everyone.

So what exactly is thoughtful shopping? It's buying with the intent to keep what you buy. We get it, sometimes it doesn't work out with an item and we're always here to help. But we do ask that you refrain from buying with the intent to return (i.e. ordering one of every size and returning the items that don't fit). We're always happy to help answer questions and love helping women find their perfect fit.

By limiting your returns, you help us keep prices fair for everyone, reduce environmental impact, and even save yourself a trip to the post office.

What is the return policy?

Domestic orders for items of $40 or more within 30 days of purchase are eligible for return.

We offer free exchanges and returns for store credit. Returns for refund will be deducted by the return shipping cost. Sierra Madre will purchase and provide shipping labels.

Items ordered through The Perfect Fit builder are only eligible for exchanges.

Items ordered through Bulk Buy & Save are final sale.

Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging — a quick try on is cool, 18 holes is less cool.

How do I return an item?

To start a return or exchange, find your order number (can be found in your confirmation email or text) and visit our returns & exchanges portal.

What is the return process?

1. Locate your original order number & head over to our returns & exchanges portal.

2. If your merchandise is eligible for return, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label.

3. Print your return label and mail back the original merchandise. The polymailer you received your original order in has a second adhesive strip and can be reused for shipping!

4. Once received, we’ll refund the full balance back to your original $$.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, we offer free domestic exchanges for items of $40 or more within 30 days of purchase. Product must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

What is the exchange process?

1. Locate your original order number & head over to our returns & exchanges portal.

2. If your merchandise is eligible for exchange, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label.

4. Once received, we will mail you your new item.

What does Final Sale mean?

Final Sale means that the product is not eligible for returns or exchanges. All products in the "Sale" section are Final Sale.

Size, Fit, and Care

Measurements are standard, but bodies? Not so much. If you've reviewed our size guides (Tops & Dresses | Skorts | Pants & Shorts) and still aren't sure what size you are, get in touch at howdy@sierramadregolf.com

How should I wash and care for my Sierra Madre products?

We recommend keeping things cool — wash on cold and lay flat to dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer. This will keep the stretchy fibers and shape of the garment intact, while reducing your energy use. Good for your gear & madre earth.

Orders and Shipping

What is my order status?

There are two ways to lookup the status of your order:

1. Search your email inbox. We send tracking info for every order we ship.

2. Login to your account and click into your order to view tracking details.

If you haven't received tracking info yet, please note that it takes 1-2 business days for our team to pack & ship your order. If you need further assistance, please email us at howdy@sierramadregolf.com.

Can I cancel or change an order?

We're always happy to help but depending on your order status, we may not be able to cancel or change it! Please send us an email at howdy@sierramadregolf.com and we will let you know if changes can be made. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you
through our easy returns or exchange process.

When will my order ship?

We are committed to getting your order shipped out quickly! We typically ask for 1-2 business days to pack & ship your order. However, during promotional holiday weeks, it can take up to 5 business days.

Is international shipping available?

Yes! However, we cannot accept international returns or exchanges at this time. All international orders will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the size of the order and shipping location. International shipping cost does not include duties & tariffs.

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the lower 48. Express (2-3 days) shipping is $10.
